CURRENT WORK
My topic is about decision-making, the cognitive process useful for the survival of animals, human beings and robots in their own enviroment. I enquire towards the causes of this process: the neural correlates (what are the area's brain involve during a choice?); the emotions (they are considered as a collection of the chemical and neural responses to assist the organism in maintainig life); and the intrisic motivations (for example, the curiosity could guide the actions through reward and reinforcement learning). I should develope a model to transfer this theoretical knowldege in the robotic's field to improve the robot's choices to explore different enviroments.
