Current Research
My current research focuses on hyperparameter optimization for expensive-to-evaluate algorithms, such as neural networks and machine learning in general. In particular I am interested in performance and running time prediction for algorithms based on their configuration and data they will run on in order to enable context sensitive automated hyperparameter tuning.
